Blend all the ingredients (except the seeds) in your blender for 1 minute.
Pour them over the seeds in a bowl. Stir well. Refrigerate. Stir again after 20 minutes and then chill for 4 hours.
Top with unsweetened coconut or banana slices or berries. This can be made up to 48 hours in advance and it is good for up to 3-4 days.
I will also heat up if I want to eat it as a porridge in the morning. YUM!
