Savory, savory, savory. SO GOOD!
Finely chop up a head of broccoli. Leave out the thick stems and just use the florets. Mix in a bowl, the shallots, pickles & chickpeas. Add some mayonnaise and stir it up to the consistency of your liking. I like to use a my cashew Vegan mayo (yes even with the Bacon, long story, my daughter doesn’t like Mayo – Recipe to follow)
Garnish with Pecans, Raisins and Bacon.
I like to make this and keep it in the fridge. I use it for salad dressings, mayo substitute and for sandwiches. It lasts for about 7 days in the fridge.
1 Cup of Raw Cashews OR Sunflower seeds
1 Cup of Water
1tsp. dry mustard
1tsp. of salt/herb/mix
1tsp. Lemon juice
Blend in a mixer/Nutribullet or Vitamix until smooth.
